We typically sign master leases of 24 to 60 months, with renewal options built in. Shorter initial terms are available for the right property, but we prefer long-term partnerships and renew year over year whenever possible — giving you predictable, uninterrupted income.
We coordinate all routine maintenance, cleaning, and light repairs in-house through our trusted network of vetted technicians and vendors — promptly and at our expense. Owners remain responsible for major systems (roof, HVAC replacement, structural, and end-of-life appliances), the same as a standard residential lease.
Every PrimeStay residence is covered by our property, liability, and contents insurance, and we maintain a security reserve for any guest-caused damage. We document the property at move-in, conduct regular inspections during the lease, and restore anything beyond normal wear and tear before returning the keys.
100% of reservations are screened with FCRA-compliant credit, background, and criminal checks before confirmation. Every guest signs a detailed rental agreement with clear, enforceable terms, and our minimum 30-night stay attracts relocating executives, traveling clinicians, and corporate project teams — not party traffic.
We lease well-maintained 1 to 5 bedroom homes, townhomes, and condos in established neighborhoods near major employers, hospitals, and business districts.
